IPOH, Nov 21 — Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad has been re-appointed as the Menteri Besar of Perak following the state election held concurrently with the 15th general election on November 19.

KUALA KANGSAR, Dec 10 — Kota Tampan assemblyman Datuk Saarani Mohamad was sworn in as the 14th Menteri Besar of Perak before the Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah at 11.20am today.

IPOH, Dec 9 — The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah has given consent for the Kota Tampan assemblyman Datuk Saarani Mohamad to be appointed as the new Menteri Besar of Perak.

IPOH, Dec 4 — Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu failed to obtain the majority support of the state assemblymen in the motion of vote of confidence on the Menteri Besar at the Perak State Legislative Assembly sitting today.
